Booking: When booking you will be required to fill in a booking form. You must be over 18 to book with us. All communication with regard to booking will be by email.
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking for each structure at the glampsite. The remainder of the balance will be required 1 month before your stay. Bookings with less than a month before your stay will have to be paid in full.
Please be aware we reserve the right that if the balance is not paid on time to make the dates available again of any booking that isn’t paid for in full.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for our summer general campsite.
All bookings that are made for the Glampsite or Summer Campsite must be taken on the dates booked, they cannot be carried over to the following year. If you are unable to come on the dates you have booked or you choose not to come it is at our discretion as to whether we transfer your dates.
Discounts: The 5% Facebook discount only applies to stays at the Glampsite and not the Summer Campsite. The 5% discount applies only to stays of 2 nights or more and not single night bookings. Please note the 5% Facebook discount is only available if you book through the Little Halden Farm website and will not apply if you book through a 3rd party website.
Refunds: For bookings made at the Glampsite the £50 deposit is non-refundable.
For bookings at the Summer Campsite refunds are not given once we enter the month of July, we do not refund bookings because it is raining. Any refund will be subject to and admin charge.
Insurance: Please consider taking out holiday insurance so in the event you have to cancel your holiday at short notice you are covered. We will in the event of unforeseen circumstances try with you to reschedule your holiday and transfer the booking. Once your holiday is booked and paid for in full it is non refundable. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property whilst on site.
Cars & Personal Possessions: Cars parked in the car park are done so at your own risk, we accept no liability for any damage. Any possessions left in the structures are done so at your own risk, always take with you anything of value, we accept no liability for missing possessions.
Personal information: We do not pass or sell on any of your personal information to any third party. We will only use the information you provide to enable us to take your booking, communicate with you regarding your booking and with your consent when you make a booking to add you to our mailing list.
By booking you agree to be added tour mailing list to keep you informed of any news and offers at Little Halden Farm, from the 25th May 2018 this will change and you will have to actively opt in to be added to our mailing list.
Please be assured that you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at anytime simply by clicking the unsubscibe button in the newsletter email, you will then not receive any further newsletter emails. You can of course subscribe again if you would like to.
