Terms & Conditions

Booking:  When booking you will be required to fill in a booking form. You must be over 18 to book with us. All communication with regard to booking will be by email.
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking for each structure at the glampsite. The remainder of the balance will be required 1 month before your stay. Bookings with less than a month before your stay will have to be paid in full.

When you make a booking we will send a text/email to confirm you want to proceed with the booking, if you don’t respond to this text/email we will assume you don’t want to proceed with the booking, cancel it and make the dates available. Once confirmed we require the deposit or balance payment, whichever is due, to be made within 24 hours or upon demand if your stay is imminent to secure your booking, please contact us if for some reason this is not possible.

Please be aware we reserve the right that if the balance is not paid on time to make the dates available again of any booking that isn’t paid for in full.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for our Summer Campsite.

All bookings that are made for the Glampsite or Summer Campsite must be taken on the dates booked, they cannot be carried over to the following year. If you are unable to come on the dates you have booked or you choose not to come it is at our discretion as to whether we transfer your dates.

Discounts and vouchers: Any discount or voucher is subject to any terms & conditions we apply. Any voucher has to be used within twelve months of being purchased.

Refunds: For bookings made at the Glampsite the £50 deposit is non-refundable. Once your holiday is booked and paid for in full it is non refundable.

For bookings at the Summer Campsite refunds are not given if there is less than a month before your stay, we do not refund bookings because it is raining. If you request a refund a month before your stay at the Summer Campsite your refund will be subject to an admin charge of £25.

Insurance: Please consider taking out holiday insurance so in the event you have to cancel your holiday at short notice you are covered. We will in the event of unforeseen circumstances try with you to reschedule your holiday and transfer the booking to an available date. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property whilst on site.

Cars & Personal Possessions: Cars parked in the car park are done so at your own risk, we accept no liability for any damage. Any possessions left in the structures are done so at your own risk, always take with you anything of value, we accept no liability for missing possessions.

Personal information: We do not pass or sell on any of your personal information to any third party. We will only use the information you provide to enable us to take your booking, communicate with you regarding your booking and with your consent when you make a booking to add you to our mailing list.

To be added to our mailing list you will have to actively opt in.

Please be assured that you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at anytime simply by clicking the unsubscibe button in the newsletter email, you will then not receive any further newsletter emails. You can of course subscribe again if you would like to.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking to any persons at our discretion. In this event all deposits and booking fees will be refunded in full and the contract discharged.
These terms & conditions and our campsite code are subject to change or alteration as we deem necessary. When you book your stay with us you agree to abide by our terms & conditions and our campsite code and should you not do so after we have asked you to, we reserve the right to request that you leave immediately. If this should happen there will be no refund of your stay.
